We do full catering services with serving utensils (china, glasses, silverware, lines, shafting dishes, etc )and serving staff.

For the last five years we have been assiduous clients of Guardado’s Restaurant so it was to no surprise to our family and friends that our daughter and her then fiancé agreed to have them cater their August wedding.

Reyna and Nicolas were perfect for the occasion. With an expected 250 guests, they listened to all of the couple’s requests. To please our daughter, Nicolas even made my mother in law’s special flan recipe as part of the dessert table. When Yasmin, their daughter joined the team as the caterer coordinator, things got even better. She was always open to suggestions and her organizational skills and interest were genuine. On the day of the wedding, everything was in place as they worked shoulder to shoulder with our wedding coordinator. The reception room looked gorgeous and the table settings were exactly how our daughter wanted them.

To this day our friends and family are still talking about the menu since the food was amazing. They enjoyed a feast of “croquetas”, endives, asparagus with Serrano ham, and tomato with mozzarella cheese for appetizers. The main menu included impressive paella, basil pasta, grilled chicken, ripe plantains and an unbelievable ceviche that got great reviews from all the guests. Nobody went home hungry. A special perk was the tray that was waiting for the weeding party at the bridal suite when they arrived to the reception.

Not only are our guests are still raving about the food, but also about the service. Lead by their son Jesus Antonio, all the bartenders and wait staff were amazing. Their service was fast, polite and they knew what they were doing. His leadership made the night relaxing and enjoyable for us.

As the night went on, even Reyna was surprised when the guests kept going for seconds making it difficult to set up the dessert display.

There is no question that we will be forever be grateful to the Guardado family for their dedication and interest they put towards making our daughter’s wedding an unforgettable evening. Many, many thanks!!

Last year, when our son announced his engagement we couldn't think of any other catering service than Guardado's Restaurant. As avid customers of this cozy restaurant, we were ecstatic to be providing our wedding guests with their supreme cuisine. After months of meticulous planning they provided our family and guests with an immaculate service, a succulent menu and a gorgeous atmosphere-exceeding all our expectations.

The outdoor venue didn't prevent them from rendering one of the best services we have ever seen. Their team was exceptional! Our guests enjoyed a diverse menu of hot and cold tapas, a delicious made-on-premises paella for 150 people and enough sangria to refresh our guests for hours. Even after the wedding, friends were raving about the pesto pasta and mango salad for days.

General compliments about the occasion have been flowing in, but an overwhelming amount have been said about the delicious food-by both the children and adults. Our guests enjoyed the flavors and the diverse variety of choices. They most certainly didn't go hungry.

From the pre-wedding consultation to the day itself, the Guardado team provided us with a service that went above and beyond their job. They turned out to be much more than just caterers for our son's wedding.
