GAMBAS CON CHORIZO

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 3 medium deveined white Shrimp
• 3oz chorizo (Spanish Pork Sauce) sliced into ¼ inch sections
• 1 Tablespoon of Chunky Tomatoes Sauce (recipe below)
• 2 cloves of Garlic
• 1oz Red Wine
• A Pinch if Salt
